When in Hangzhou, say "Xie Xie"!

When in China, say "Xie Xie!"! At least that is what I learnt to say! Everyone was so nice to me! This must be some kind of magical word that melts everyone!

Daddy said we were going out of town to a place called Hangzhou in China! I knew it when I saw them take out big big boxes and started putting my clothes and food into it! It was super fun! I went with Mommy, Daddy, Uncle Law, Auntie Nat, and YehYeh. We stayed in a big, big flat! It looked so fancy, like a castle! 🏰

The best part was all the yummy food! It smelled sooooo good! Everyone was eating delicious things, and even though I’m little, I got to try a tiny bite of some! Ooh, it was sparkly amazing! 🌟 I loved the taste, even if it was all new and funny for my tongue.

We walked and walked around the big waters! Well, I sat in my buggy most of the time, but that was okay because I got to see everything! I watched the big, pretty buildings and the happy people. I even saw a pretty lake with shiny water! 💧

Sometimes, when the sun was warm and the breeze was nice, I felt my eyes getting heavy. Zzzzz! I drifted off to sleep right under the sunshine! It was so cozy and nice.

When I woke up, I was so happy! YehYeh was always looking at me, smiling and giving me a big hug. I love my family so much! 💖 I can’t wait to tell everyone about my amazing trip to Hangzhou!
